Dortmund. Alexander von Schweinitz (48) will take over the Executive Board function “Sales and Marketing” at WILO SE as of 1 July 2010. Mr. von Schweinitz, Diplom-Ingenieur (graduate engineer), used to be Sales and Marketing Managing Director at Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH, a subsidiary of the ABB Group, based in Lüdenscheid, Germany. Before that, he held different managing functions at ABB and was responsible for international sales as well as the co-operation business for technical products and systems.

This is the new formation of the Wilo Executive Board including its members and their responsibilities:

• Dipl.-Oec. Oliver Hermes, Chairman of the Executive Board, responsible for Finances, Controlling and Human Resources
• Dr.-Ing. Holger Krasmann, responsible for Technology and Production
• Dipl.-Ing. Alexander von Schweinitz, responsible for Sales and Marketing.
